Job Summary
Strategically plan, direct, and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision. Interview, hire, train, and develop top-level talent while developing plans to maximize sales opportunities and exceed performance objectives. Assist reps and customers whenever the need arises to ensure excellent service. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales or sales management experience, with an MBA or MA preferred. Target total compensation is $250,000 at quota, including a $125,000 base salary plus bonus and commission. The position is field-based with 50% travel and is located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Nebraska.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
