Job Summary
Oversee the performance, development, and operational excellence of 2–5 restaurant locations by coaching General Managers, driving operational consistency, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead a team of General Managers through mentorship, performance evaluations, and hiring support, while managing scheduling, payroll, and timecard accuracy. Facilitate management training programs for MIT, LIT, and Team Members, continuously improving training materials and documentation. Ensure restaurants meet standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness, resolve complex guest concerns, and monitor performance metrics to implement action plans. Review sales, labor, inventory, and forecasting data to drive results. Maintain compliance with health regulations and coordinate equipment maintenance. Serve as a hands-on leader during peak periods. Requires multi-unit leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and availability for 50–60 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple restaurant locations or high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong coaching, delegation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor management
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and business needs
- Ability to work approximately 50–60 hours per week, with additional hours as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Manager Certification for assigned region
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
