Regional Manager

Lead janitorial operations across assigned facilities by reporting to the National Director of Operations and acting as the primary liaison with client site-level management. Represent the company in daily, weekly, and ad hoc client meetings and audits, responding to reports to maintain compliance and meet Key Performance Indicators. Lead and mentor Site Managers of multiple locations to deliver high-quality cleaning services while inspecting work areas regularly. Monitor contract performance, including financial metrics and service quality, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement. Conduct ongoing audits of service performance versus scope and project directives, completing all reporting requirements daily, weekly, and monthly. Manage budgets across the region for labor and materials, monitoring labor hours and overtime. Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding, training, and payroll accuracy. Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of five years managing janitorial contracts.
