Job Summary
Lead janitorial operations across assigned facilities by reporting to the National Director of Operations and acting as the primary liaison with client site-level management. Represent ServiceMaster by Crane IFS in daily, weekly, and ad hoc client meetings and audits, responding to reports to maintain compliance and performance against KPIs. Directly lead and mentor Site Managers of multiple locations, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met while monitoring contract performance, financial metrics, and labor hours within set budgets. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations, complete all reporting requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations. Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts
- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions
