Job Summary
Lead janitorial operations across assigned facilities by reporting to the National Director of Operations and acting as the primary liaison with client site-level management. Represent ServiceMaster by Crane IFS in daily, weekly, and ad hoc client meetings and audits, responding to reports to maintain compliance and performance against KPIs. Direct and mentor Site Managers of multiple locations to deliver high-quality cleaning services while inspecting work areas regularly. Monitor contract performance including financial metrics and service quality, collaborate on continuous improvement, and conduct ongoing audits of service versus scope. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements, manage regional budgets for labor and materials, and ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations. Be reasonably available outside regular hours for urgent operational or safety issues. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, 5+ years managing janitorial contracts, and ability to work independently in varying warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts
- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions
