Job Summary
Own full regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, expense management, margin optimization, and EBITDA contribution. Lead and hold General Managers and Practice Managers accountable for achieving monthly and annual financial targets and key performance indicators. Present monthly regional performance insights, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Leadership Team. Drive regional growth initiatives, including de novo launches, acquisition integrations, provider ramp-up strategies, and capacity planning. Partner with the Regional Medical Director to proactively manage provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Build and develop a high-performing leadership bench through structured coaching, succession planning, and performance management. Ensure consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures through structured audits and oversee resolution of escalated patient concerns. Serve as the primary operational liaison between regional offices and corporate departments to lead regional implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of leadership
- Healthcare administration or management background
- Conflict resolution skills
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Travel to offices within their region throughout the week
- About 80% of the RMs weekly time should be spent on site at offices
