Job Summary
Manage and support salon operations across the region while driving sales, profitability, and achievement of KPIs. Lead, coach, and develop Salon Managers and teams to ensure brand standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversee budgets, reports, compliance, and operational audits while supporting marketing initiatives and business growth strategies. Requires 5+ years of multi-unit management experience with ability to travel within the region. Schedule includes Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm with a travelling allowance provided.
