Job Summary
Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties by conducting weekly site visits, performing physical inspections, and managing vendor relationships. Drive team performance through regular meetings, one-on-one coaching, and annual reviews while recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring site-level staff. Serve as the primary client liaison, handling unscheduled communications and executing business plans to align with company objectives. This hybrid role requires four days per week in a corporate or regional office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience may substitute for education
- Four years in multifamily property management
- At least two years in a Community Manager role
- 3rd party management experience
- Knowledge of multifamily property management operations
- Knowledge of respective markets
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Knowledge of variance analysis
- Skilled in organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in Property Management Software such as Yardi
- Skilled in Revenue Management Software
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing
