Job Summary
Regional Manager for Queensland: lead and support a region of Bunnings stores, guiding Site Managers to deliver consistent operational and customer outcomes, champion a safe and inclusive workplace, align regional priorities with divisional strategy, drive performance and change initiatives, and travel regularly to stores across Queensland to sustain brand standards and growth. Strong opportunity to influence culture, develop talent, and partner across the business while delivering commercial and safety outcomes in a multi-site retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (5–10 years) leading multi-site retail teams
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence outcomes
- Coaching-led leadership style with strong communication skills
- Collaborative, inclusive approach and ability to partner effectively across the business
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to leading change and improving performance
- Proven track record of delivering safety and operational outcomes
- Ability to drive performance and growth across a regional portfolio
- Willingness to travel to support stores across Queensland
