Job Summary
The Regional Project Manager (Professional Civil Engineer) will lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction, serving as the primary client contact while building relationships with public and private sector clients. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, mentoring and overseeing junior engineers, and managing project budgets, scopes, schedules, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri, and possess over 7 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri
- 7+ years of progressive civil engineering design and project management experience
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with design and modeling software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
