Job Summary
Regional Manager of Operations for the East Florida Region at Pico Propane (Meritum Energy) responsible for overall profit and loss, safety, delivery efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Leads logistics, fleet management, budgeting, and financial reporting; coordinates with sales, manages customer and vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Oversees 3 locations (West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami) with KPI tracking, inventory and pricing programs, safety initiatives, fleet maintenance, and performance reporting; requires leadership, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to respond to emergency requests and weather events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with at least ten years of management experience
- Experience with fuel products and preferred experience working with industrial and commercial customers
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
