Job Summary
Oversee and ensure compliance with DODD regulations across the assigned region by conducting regular site visits and audits. Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals while managing regional operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with care teams and families to develop individualized support plans and lead training initiatives on DODD policies and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans as needed. Requires prior experience in DODD-regulated programs and leadership in human services. Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the region are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working within DODD-regulated programs or developmental disabilities services
- Proven leadership or management experience in a human services or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD rules, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region regularly
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
