Job Summary
Lead janitorial operations across assigned facilities by reporting to the National Director of Operations and acting as the primary liaison with client site-level management. Represent the company in daily, weekly, and ad hoc client meetings and audits, responding to reports to maintain compliance and performance against Key Performance Indicators. Lead and mentor Site Managers of multiple locations to deliver high-quality cleaning services, while inspecting work areas regularly to ensure standards are met. Monitor contract performance, including financial metrics and service quality, and complete all reporting requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Work within set budgets for labor and materials, while monitoring labor hours and overtime. Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and collaborate with HR to manage onboarding, training, and payroll accuracy. Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers
- Ability to work cooperatively with others

- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
