Job Summary
Navitas seeks a commercially driven Regional Manager to own Nepal’s market growth, champion student recruitment, and expand partner networks. Responsibilities include driving enrolments, revenue, profitability, and ROI; leveraging market intelligence for business Planning; building high-value relationships with education agents, schools, government bodies, consulates, and embassies; partnering with the General Manager – South Asia to grow a network of recruitment partners; and delivering exceptional partner experiences. Essential skills include CRM tools (Salesforce), budgeting/forecasting, stakeholder management, strong English communication, cross-cultural collaboration, travel readiness, and the ability to identify new opportunities while delivering continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial experience in marketing, sales, business development, or international student recruitment.
