Job Summary
Lead and oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities as Regional Property Manager. Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Property Managers, ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and driving resident satisfaction. Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain operational excellence, monitor financial performance and audits, supervise on-site teams, and develop staff. Focus on property performance, occupancy trends, and ensuring properties meet company standards while fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and service for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of property management experience
- At least two years of on-site property management experience
- Experience with affordable housing (HUD/LIHTC) preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- CPM certification or candidate status preferred
