Job Summary
Regional Manager (Multifamily) responsible for leading a portfolio of 8 communities totaling 1,791 units across KY, TN, MS, LA, and AR. Drive operational and financial performance, mentor on-site leaders, manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee capital improvements. Lead due diligence and acquisitions support, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing regulations, and partner with on-site teams to deliver a high-quality resident experience. Requires strategic, hands-on leadership, strong budgeting and P&L analysis, vendor management, and excellent communication. Travel roughly 75% to support multiple properties and markets; nights/weekends required as needed. Compensation includes $110k-$130k base, up to 30% annual bonus, car allowance, and cell phone allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as Property Manager
- 2 years as Regional Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred
- experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP
- knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus
