Job Summary
Regional Manager oversees a portfolio of multi-family communities, providing leadership to Community Managers, ensuring policy compliance, driving occupancy and revenue growth, managing budgets, and maintaining property operations. Requires extensive multi-family experience and advanced proficiency with OneSite and BlueMoon; responsibilities include budgeting, capital expenditures oversight, lease performance analysis, market condition monitoring, tenant retention, marketing collaboration, and staff development. Travel between properties and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Regional Manager experience in multi-family property management
- Strong knowledge of property management operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience managing multiple communities and supervising Community Managers
- Extensive hands-on experience with OneSite and BlueMoon is required
- Advanced knowledge of OneSite reporting, property operations, and data management
- Strong understanding of BlueMoon lease administration, compliance, and document management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly between properties
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
