Job Summary
Regional Manager role in Missouri leading Stryker's sales team across orthopedic/medical device products. Responsibilities include overseeing sales activity and productivity, territory management, hiring, training, and developing sales professionals, monitoring performance and pipelines, coordinating with the Area VP Sales, and reporting to leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field, at least 7 years of sales experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Required Qualifications
