Job Summary
Regional Manager overseeing 5 urgent care clinics with on-site leadership across Tarboro, Kinston, Havelock, Swansboro, and Wilmington. Responsibilities include leading clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinating schedules, monitoring staffing, managing inventory and budgets, recruiting and coaching, ensuring compliant operations, and delivering top-tier patient experience. Role involves initial 6–8 weeks of onboarding with travel and overnight stays to Birmingham, AL, and ongoing day-to-day travel between assigned clinics with extensive travel and occasional overnight stays. Requires ability to travel frequently between clinics, drive culture and accountability, and respond to operational needs with readiness to step in on short notice.
Required Qualifications
- RN with management experience
- CRNP or PA with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration
- Masters Degree in healthcare administration or multi-site management experience
