Job Summary
Lead overall performance of six urgent care clinics by ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and top-tier customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, coordinate staff schedules, and oversee hiring, coaching, and termination of medical assistants and other clinical personnel. Serve as the on-site leader seven days a week, troubleshooting daily staff questions, driving culture, and fostering accountability across Mobile, Brewton, Monroeville, Milton, and Pensacola locations. Requires frequent travel between sites, overnight stays, and availability during 12-hour operating days Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with management experience
- A Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration
- Someone with a Masters Degree, experience in healthcare administration, or experience in multi-site management
- Interested in growing into multi-site clinic management roles
- Able to travel frequently between clinics in Mobile, AL, Brewton, AL, Monroeville, AL, Milton, FL, and Pensacola, FL
- Ready to step in on a moment's notice to support operations
- Capable of driving culture, accountability, and being a true leader
- Must be comfortable with extensive day travel and occasional overnight stays
- Available to take calls during operating hours Monday to Friday 12 hours a day and up to 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays
- Prepared and available as needed during operating clinic hours
- Organized planner
