Job Summary
Manage operations of assigned group homes and living arrangements for people with disabilities, leading a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality, individualized services that maximize choice and person-centered thinking. Coach team members, plan support for persons served, and align services with the Developmental Disabilities Administration waiver guidelines and CMS Community Setting Rule while partnering across the organization to transform services to Fello's strategic vision. This essential role requires availability during emergencies and includes regular night and weekend hours to support a 24/7 operation, with periodic telework eligibility. The candidate must hold a valid Maryland Driver's License, complete required trainings including Medical Technician Certification, and bring five years of experience supporting people with disabilities, including three years managing DSPs. Based in the Greater Chesapeake Region with significant travel, the position offers a total rewards package and paid professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- five or more years supporting people with disabilities

- proven track record of building high-performing teams
- good judgment under pressure
- proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and related technology tools
- high school diploma
- valid Maryland Driver's License with no egregious violations
- ability to drive
