Job Summary
Regional Manager to oversee 5-10 parks, supervise Park Managers, drive revenue and profit targets, ensure safety and quality standards, coordinate across operations and support centers, conduct interviews and staffing, and lead training and development initiatives while maintaining customer satisfaction and KE guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Strong multi-unit management experience
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities
- Experience managing revenue, budgets, and financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to hire, train, and discipline staff; conduct performance evaluations
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing operations across multiple parks
- Strong planning and organizational skills; travel frequently within market
