Job Summary
Oversees clinical teams embedded in DaVita kidney care sites across Florida; lead day-to-day clinical operations, monitor adherence to protocols and workflows, and drive market-level performance. Conducts regular site visits, maintains partnerships with DaVita site leadership, and ensures operational standards across Florida markets. Maintains in-field presence with routine local travel and up to monthly travel to other Florida markets. Partners with Operations and Clinical leadership to align field operations with organizational priorities. Requires a clinical background and 5+ years of healthcare operations or multi-site leadership experience; experience in dialysis, nephrology, chronic disease management, hospice, or related healthcare environments highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or multi-site leadership
- Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., licensed clinician, clinical coordinator, or equivalent clinical experience)
- Experience in dialysis, nephrology, chronic disease management, hospice, or similar healthcare operations environments highly valued
- Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed teams and driving operational performance across multiple locations
- Comfortable with routine travel (local and regional within Florida) and working remotely without a traditional office setting
