Job Summary
Regional Manager, Key Accounts North in India (DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson) leads partnerships with strategic customers, negotiates, and develops market strategies to extend value-based, innovative solutions. Role focuses on building a market-competitive ecosystem of partners, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Legal and Health Care Compliance, and engaging cross-functional teams to drive revenue and margin growth. Responsibilities include expanding the universe of strategic accounts, identifying market trends, creating new leads with Marketing, and advancing access to innovative medical technologies.
