Regional Manager, International Technology (Peru based)

Job Summary
Regional Manager, Technology leads regional technology vendor performance and partners with franchise ownership and regional leadership to align technology with business needs. Drives issue resolution, identifies growth opportunities through technology, and represents regional priorities to central teams to support delivery across local markets. Manages day-to-day relationships with local and regional technology vendors, mediates between markets and vendors, tracks contracts and SLAs, negotiates renewals, and ensures alignment with non-negotiable standards. Serves as the primary technology advisor to regional leadership, translates technical concepts into business impact, advocates for regional needs in the global product roadmap, and helps identify opportunities to increase sales through technology. Coaches local teams to close knowledge or process gaps, validates new feature needs with central Product and Development teams, and acts as a credible representative of the International Technology team to regional stakeholders. The role emphasizes relationship management, autonomy in regional capacity, strong organizational skills, and a commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
- A certification in vendor management, service management (e.g., ITIL), or project management
- Proven experience managing technology vendors, partners, or key supplier relationships
- Demonstrable experience working as a strategic business partner to non-technical teams, including Franchisees, Commercial, and Marketing
- Direct operational or commercial experience within LATAM, EMEA, or APAC
