Regional Manager, International Technology (Dubai based)

Regional Manager, Technology leads regional technology vendor performance, manages vendor relationships with franchise owners and regional leadership, and translates technical concepts into business impact. Responsible for triaging and resolving regional issues, identifying growth opportunities through technology, and representing regional needs to central teams to support delivery across local markets. Acts as the primary technology advisor to regional leadership, facilitates gap analyses and negotiations on vendor agreements, ensures alignment with standards, and champions the regional voice in the global product roadmap. Collaboration with Regional General Managers and FOs to drive regional growth and improve delivery of technology across markets. This role requires strong vendor management, issue-resolution, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
