Job Summary
Sell on the sales floor alongside top performers, achieve personal sales goals, and master the customer journey from greeting to closing. Learn back-office operations, scheduling, inventory flow, logistics, and delivery processes while running departments across furniture, bedding, appliances, and customer service. Lead a full team, demonstrate the ability to run a profitable store, and show excellence in team development and customer outcomes. Shadow Regional Managers, analyze business performance across multiple locations, and build readiness to oversee multiple stores. This full-time position immerses you in every aspect of the business to develop future leadership for Big Sandy Superstore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 100% willing and able to relocate within our Midwest footprint
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
