Job Summary
Regional Manager for Hyundai responsible for the commercial development of the dealer network in Brabant Wallon, Namur & Hainaut. You drive B2B and B2C sales targets, act as the main contact for Hyundai dealers in Liège and Luxembourg, monitor dealer performance, support marketing campaigns, ensure brand standards (CI, showroom, demos, website, training), develop action plans to achieve commercial and operational goals, monitor KPIs/NPS, and provide insights and feedback to internal teams. You will oversee local marketing investments, stock management, and the rollout of Astara’s one-stop-shopping solutions, while coordinating with internal departments and events. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of B2B commercial experience, French as a primary language with English and Dutch proficiency, and strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven skills. The role is based in Mechelen, Belgium, with emphasis on regional growth and career development within an international mobility group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial environment
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset
- Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English, with basic Dutch
- Commercially driven and customer-oriented
