Job Summary
The Regional Manager, Hospital Partnerships (RMHP) is responsible for daily operations, development, and evaluation of the Hospital Partnership team. Key duties include overseeing donation development initiatives, staff training, quality improvement, and compliance with organizational standards. The RMHP collaborates with leadership to develop effective resources for the hospital development team and conducts performance evaluations. Candidates should have substantial experience in hospital development, superior leadership skills, and proficiency in relevant software. This position requires frequent travel and adaptability to a 24/7 operational schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must maintain a current California driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Reliable automotive transportation is required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in donation and/or hospital development
- Record of superior performance
- Demonstrated leadership ability and success in program development
