Responsibilities include overseeing donation development initiatives, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with national trends and standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a commitment to organizational values. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience are essential, alongside competency in essential software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field
- Minimum of two years experience in donation and/or hospital development
- Must maintain a current California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
- Reliable automotive transportation is required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability and success in program development necessary
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
