Job Summary
Regional Manager responsible for expanding Hilltop Residential’s property management functions across the Greater Atlanta portfolio, setting customer service and cost-control standards, implementing site-level operating policies, developing onsite personnel aligned with Hilltop’s culture, and contributing to portfolio growth in the Southeast. The role requires deep multi-site multifamily property management experience, strong financial oversight, customer-service excellence, and proficiency with property management software. The position reports to the Regional Vice President and emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing process improvements to maximize performance and profitability across Georgia assets.
Required Qualifications
- First-hand experience in all facets of multi-site multifamily property management and operations, including financial performance and customer service
- Demonstrated sales, marketing, and customer service background capable of resolving customer complaints and issues
- Track record of financial acumen: maximizing revenues, managing spending, and completing financial and other reports with accuracy and punctuality
- Developed management and supervisory skills to lead, direct, evaluate, mentor, develop, and maximize team performance
- Proficiency in using property management software (preferably OneSite / Real Page), plus word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools to produce required reports
