Job Summary

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Higher Education sector by researching potential clients, markets, and strategic strategies. Network with existing and potential clients and teaming partners while participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to create presentations and materials, and assist in preparing drawings for schematic design through contract documents. Function as the primary contact for all client communication, managing business issues including contracts and resolving concerns timely. Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff while coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendor assignments to ensure project completion. Lead presentations to prospective clients and integrate design and technical aspects of projects from conceptual design through installation.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of professional experience
  • 5 years serving in a Project Manager role
  • Experience managing Higher Education Projects
  • Licensed Architect

Desired Qualifications

  • LEED AP
  • AIA
