Job Summary
Manage Laboratory and Health Services Centers across multiple locations by transforming delivery models to ensure excellent customer experiences and fostering positive employee relations. Build and manage effective teams through strategic hiring, training, performance management, and coaching while liaising with clients to address inquiries and investigate concerns. Analyze metric reviews of cost, quality, delivery, safety, and customer experience to introduce corrective actions and continuously improve workflow processes. Develop and administer regional operating budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee maintenance and renovation programs. Conduct metric reviews to ensure key indicators are met and participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with corporate strategy. Pursue ongoing continuing education to stay aware of industry trends, regulations, and technology while supporting the Business Development team with new client establishment.
Required Qualifications

- Post-Secondary education in Healthcare, Science or Business
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high paced, customer facing environment
- Previous related experience required to perform job: 3-5 years
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Change Management training
