Job Summary
Regional Manager leading and developing a sales force of 10-25 reps in the Great Lakes region for Westlake Flooring Services. Responsibilities include coaching, leading and developing Area Managers; managing outside sales within the assigned region; assisting with hiring and training; presenting and selling company products and services; developing target plans, identifying prospects, and maintaining client relationships; creating sales materials and maintaining product knowledge; driving dealer loyalty and reducing attrition; coordinating marketing activities and traveling up to 75% to visit auto dealers. Requires minimum 5 years of sales management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
- High energy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Experience leading and developing Area Managers
- Ability to present and sell products and services to current and potential clients
- Ability to prepare action plans and schedules, identify targets, and manage client relationships
