Job Summary
Regional Manager responsible for building and scaling 3 to 6 service locations in the assigned region with full P&L accountability. Drive strategic expansion, oversee multi-location operations, lead local leadership teams, recruit and develop business development teams, manage budgets and profitability, and forge relationships with insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts. Lead go-to-market strategies, partner with corporate marketing, and represent Insurcomm at industry events while maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. Requires significant travel (up to 75%), a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 8–15 years of leadership in restoration/construction or related property services, and a track record of growth and multi-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- 8 to 15 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery, or related property services
- Proven success in multi-site operations, organic growth, and cross-functional leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting key referral partners across local and regional markets
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and job-level profitability models
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strategic mindset with the ability to shift between high-level vision and hands-on execution
- Executive-level communication and leadership presence with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region; occasional national travel
