Job Summary
Regional Manager to oversee a cluster of medical and Urgent Care centres across the ACT; lead Practice Managers and service teams to drive performance and growth while delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, risk management, rollout and monitoring of projects and processes, people leadership and development of Practice Managers and healthcare professionals, optimizing patient experience and wait times, managing budgets and P&L for centres, driving commercial initiatives, stakeholder engagement with General Practitioners, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Requires ability to work onsite across multiple centres, with remote capability as part of a multidisciplinary team; strong emphasis on culture, continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and delivering outstanding service in healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in effective operational management, business growth and improving customer service in a multi site environment

- Able to work both independently at onsite center visits, remote and as part of a multi disciplinary team
