Job Summary
Regional Manager for Finger Lakes Dental Care who will lead multiple dental office locations (Naples, West Henrietta, Palmyra, Victor) to ensure productive operations, drive profitability, and maintain 5-Star patient service. Responsibilities include understanding scorecard and accounting reports, solving day-to-day problems with leadership, building high-performing office teams, communicating goals and expectations, maintaining top-tier customer service across all offices, training office managers, and leveraging Open Dental Software and G-Suite. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business management and at least two years in a leadership role; accountable for raising and maintaining 15% profitability per office and upholding core values such as humility, ownership mindset, customer service, professionalism, compassion, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday through Friday with specific hours, and compensation ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
