Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a portfolio of Park Managers across multiple sites while overseeing operational and financial performance. Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth by supporting managers to achieve strong financial outcomes and manage their P&L. Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, and compliance audits to ensure safe, efficient locations delivering an exceptional resident experience. Build capability through coaching, training, and ongoing development, providing operational support during leave or staffing shortages. Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve performance and champion a positive community environment. Requires regular travel throughout the region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple sites or regions within property, retirement living, hospitality, accommodation, retail or a similar industry
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Commercial acumen, including budgeting, financial performance and operational reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to solve problems, prioritise competing demands and lead through change
- A willingness to travel regularly throughout your region
