Job Summary
The Regional Manager will lead and manage instructors and facilities, ensuring adherence to policies, interviewing new instructors, and maintaining relationships with partners. This role involves monitoring national certification exam pass rates, overseeing student drug screening processes, and developing new externship sites monthly. Candidates should possess excellent management skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in education or healthcare. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, as is prior phlebotomy experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of management experience required
- 4+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred

- Experience working in an education institution
- 1 year of experience as a teacher or vocational trainer
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
