Job Summary
Oversee multiple dialysis locations and direct reports, including Charge Nurses and staff, while managing staffing budgets, revenue enhancement plans, and cost-efficient operations. Conduct monthly facility and documentation audits, track regulatory compliance with CMS guidelines, and ensure timely billing and patient confidentiality. Lead coaching and training for direct reports, prepare quarterly QAPI data for the Medical Director, and resolve customer service issues for patients and nursing home staff. Requires travel between facilities and a background in nursing or healthcare management.
Required Qualifications
- Travel Required
- Registered Nurse or Healthcare related background required
- Previous Management experience preferred
- Understanding of CMS regulations
- Basic Use Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Unencumbered driver's license
- CPR certification
- Must be able to do light lifting of at least 20 lbs
- Requires mental, visual, and auditory attention to patients, customers, and staff
- May be exposed to infectious and contagious disease/materials
- Requires travel between facilities
