Job Summary
Regional Manager to oversee operational and financial performance of multifamily communities in an assigned Midwest region. Lead property management teams, implement corporate strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize occupancy and revenue, and drive resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting regional goals with the operations team, analyzing market trends, guiding acquisitions and transitions of properties, hiring and mentoring on-site staff, conducting regular site visits, and collaborating with senior leadership on budgets, capital improvements, and tenant engagement programs. Requires leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of managing multiple properties, budgets, and teams, with emphasis on driving results and maintaining high professional standards.
