Job Summary
Regional Manager responsible for managing a significant real estate portfolio with broad operating latitude. Focuses include acquisition, due diligence, lease-up, and capital improvements strategies within the management platform, ensuring quality procedures and training, and supporting residents and staff across communities. Drives operational efficiency, financial performance, and adherence to rental and management practices. Builds strong relationships with residents, vendor partners, regulatory bodies, social services, and internal teams; travels frequently within the region to oversee up to 10 sites, coach leaders, and coordinate with finance, compliance, asset management, and human resources to meet goals. Requires a professional, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to interact effectively with residents, housing associations, executives, vendors, and investor contacts. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability for budgets and cash flow, and maintaining high morale and ethical standards across communities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a community management position
- 7+ years in multifamily experience
- Lease Up / New Development experience where required
- Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credits preferred
