Job Summary
Regional Manager leading a regional sales team to meet revenue and margin goals; coach, hire, and develop sales reps and associate managers; align sales efforts with company strategy; build and maintain relationships with key clients; monitor market trends and industry developments; collaborate across departments to support growth and service excellence; analyze performance and market data to guide decisions; travel within the region to support the team and attend company events. Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4+ years managing sales teams with revenue responsibilities, experience in relationship-based selling and B2B services, ability to travel frequently including overnight stays, and Medical Industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of proven experience successfully managing and developing sales teams with revenue responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with relationship-based selling and B2B services
- Ability to manage time and territory effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Medical Industry experience is required
