Job Summary
The Regional Manager for Business Solutions at LAEDC will engage with businesses and stakeholders, providing direct 1:1 advisory and support to small businesses in Los Angeles County. Requires strong project management skills and a commitment to promoting inclusive economic development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in small business, economic development, contracting, and/or business advisory
- Experience in a client-facing role that entailed engaging 1:1 to provide support
- Experience engaging with stakeholders in government, community-based organizations, and the community
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Commitment to LAEDC's mission of promoting jobs for all Angelenos through inclusive economic development
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with small business capital access, contracting, and/or permitting
- Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Korean, and/or Armenian
- Strong economic development and/or industry network across Los Angeles region
