Job Summary
Lead a team of Operations Coordinators overseeing vehicle testing, data collection, and hardware/software integration across multiple regional sites. Standardize operational processes, safety protocols, and training programs while aggregating data to monitor key performance indicators and present high-level reports to senior leadership. Manage resource allocation for vehicle and personnel scheduling, serving as the primary contact for engineering teams to achieve strategic testing goals. Ensure regional compliance with vehicle inspections, software troubleshooting, and secure drive data transfers, while auditing operators to execute pre-defined test cases on public roads and closed-course facilities. Collaborate with external staffing agencies to project and scale driver headcount across diverse locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel frequently to various regional testing sites as needed
- Proven experience in a regional, multi-site, or high-level supervisory role
- Experience collaborating with external staffing agencies and managing high-volume contract workforces
- Proven track record of projecting and scaling driver headcount across multiple locations
- Strong proficiency in using data analytics, Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Maps), and dashboards to drive operational decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create complex regional updates into concise reports
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of making sound decisions in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Regional managers are required to work on-site at Rivian's facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Deep proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Technical background in troubleshooting and debugging automotive hardware and software systems
