Job Summary
Oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental locations, spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives while owning full profit and loss responsibility. Travel to nearby offices 3-4 days per week to support daily operations, provide training and development support for staff, and evaluate staffing needs in partnership with the talent acquisition team and office managers. This role requires management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or healthcare, prior profit and loss responsibility, and the ability to interpret financial statements. A valid non-restricted driver's license is required due to daily travel. Required Qualifications
- Management experience overseeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry
- Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
- Ability to Travel for Training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team
- Valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program
