Job Summary
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical Educators across a respiratory disease state, ensuring compliant execution of programs and achievement of KPIs. Responsibilities include operational leadership, stakeholder management, coaching and developing direct reports, and providing field insights to optimize program success. Maintain program technologies (CRM, dashboards, and reporting tools), prepare regional communications, and conduct regular field visits with documented coaching. Travel within the assigned region up to 75% and ensure your team has the tools and resources needed to support patients and healthcare professionals. Requires active RN or RT license, 2–3 years of field leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and residence within the assigned region.
