Regional Manager - Army Reserve DEERS-RAPIDS

Regional Manager to oversee nationwide DEERS/RAPIDS operations for the U.S. Army Reserve Command. Serves as the operational lead for field execution, workforce support, training compliance, quality control, and RAPIDS/DEERS oversight across ICO locations. Partners with the Program Manager, Site Security Managers (SSMs), and Verifying Officials (VOs) to ensure compliance with DEERS/RAPIDS policies, certification requirements, quality standards, and customer service expectations. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership to VOs and SSMs, monitoring RAPIDS certification and training, conducting quality control site reviews (virtual and in-person), staffing coordination and onboarding, continuity of operations planning, reviewing performance metrics and audit reports, resolving customer service issues, driving corrective actions and process improvements, and coordinating with government personnel on site requirements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5 years of operational management or related experience, and the ability to obtain installation access; preferred qualifications include RAPIDS certification and SSM certification, and DoD customer experience.
