Job Summary
Seeking a Regional Manager for the Adult Homes Initiative program focused on providing mental health services, facilitating trainings and ensuring staff compliance with certifications. Candidates with mental health lived experience are particularly encouraged to apply. The role requires management and leadership experience, as well as strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- New York State Certified Peer Specialists certification (Active) - or must be Certified within 6 months of hiring.
- Experience working with individuals that receive behavioral health services.
- Minimum two years of Management and Leadership Experience.
- Ability to work as an effective team member is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWARDS/Foothold is a plus.
- Knowledge of government entitlement programs with a minimum of one year of Human Services Experience.
