Job Summary
The position of Regional Manager involves overseeing the Adult Home Initiative program and facilitating staff training and compliance. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those who have mental health lived experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- New York State Certified Peer Specialists certification (Active) - or must be Certified within 6 months of hiring.
- Minimum two years of Management and Leadership Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
- Ability to work as an effective team member is essential.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals that receive behavioral health services.
- Knowledge of government entitlement programs with a minimum of one year of Human Services Experience.
- Knowledge of AWARDS/Foothold is a plus.
Additional Requirements
